Here's how to prep edamame like at a Japanese resto, dead easy.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag frozen edamame
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Nanami Togarashi seasoning (or you can sub this for pinch cayenne or paprika and then pinch chili pepper)
DIRECTIONS
- Boil edamame, to pack cooking instructions, drain
- Season with salt and Togarahi, mix and eat.
