INGREDIENTS
- 1 catfish fillet, diced
- 4 Wheat or corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cups our cream
- 1/2-1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1 avocado, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Prep everything, warm the tortillas... the catfish will cook quick
- Preheat skillet on medium/high, add oil, catfish, creole seasoning, cook 2 minutes
- Build your tortilla: sour cream, lettuce, catfish, avo, pinch creole seasoning
