INGREDIENTS
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed, drained, dry on paper towels
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- good pinch Kosher salt
- 3-4 grinds fresh ground pepper
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2-1 teaspoon curry powder
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix everything in large bowl, coat well
- Spread flat on baking sheet
- cook for 30-40 minutes
