INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar sliced dill pickles, drained
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 eggs, beaten
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400
- Remove moisture from pickles with paper towels
- In large bowl mix dry ingredients
- Coat pickles in beaten egg
- Scoop pickles out (discard remaining eggs) add pickles to breadcrumb mix, coat well
- Place single layer of pickles on large non stick baking sheet, cook for 10 minutes, flip and cook another 5 minutes
