FEATURED ON PANTRY DAY TV EPISODE

Ingredients
- 1 flatbread
- 1 can Progresso White Clam Sauce (most of the juice drained)
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/8 cup Mozzarella
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- fresh black pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 425
- Heat a dry skillet on high heat, cook the flatbread for one minute on each side to crisp it up a bit
- Spread the sour cream evenly all over the flatbread
- Mix the clam sauce and fresh garlic and spread on top of the sour cream
- Sprinkle on the mozzarella
- Cook in oven for 10 minutes
- Garnish with green onions and black pepper
- Slice and serve
