INGREDIENT
- 2 pork chops
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame chili oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In bowl, mix marinade ingredients
- coat raw chops with marinade, store in the fridge for 2-3 hours
- Heat a heavy skillet to high, sear the pork chops and cook on each side until they’re done or until 145 degrees Fahrenheit
