Super healthy for you, not to mention super easy and quick to make.
Ingredients
- 15 kale leaves, stalks removed
- 1/4 teaspoon Chipotle Chili powder
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- big pinch Kosher Salt
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Wash the kale and remove any moisture with paper towels
- Tear into roughly 4'' inch pieces (it doesn't matter up to you)
- Throw everything in a bowl and toss leaves thoroughly coat everything
- Spread them out over two greased baking sheets, arrange so no leaves are overlapping (otherwise they will not get crunchy)
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until edges are slightly brown
- Serve and enjoy
