Also referred to as a dump cake, because you pretty much just dump all the ingredients into a pan. This would rate about a 0 out of ten on a difficulty scale.
Ingredients
- 2-16 oz cans peaches in heavy syrup
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Pour the peaches (and their syrup) into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan
- Scatter raspberries over the top of the peaches
- Evenly dump the cake mix over the peaches &raspberries
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix, and using a spoon give it a little push down in spots
- Scatter the cinnamon even overly the top
- Bake approximately 40 minutes and let cool about 10 minutes before serving
