Makes 15 small macaroons
Mrs Cooking Guy loves these - and with only three ingredients they're so easy...and soooo good.
Ingredients
- 7 ounces coconut flakes
- 7 ounces (1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or cover with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix coconut, condensed milk and almond extract just well enough to bind together
- Shape into small mounds or pyramids
- Place on the baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown
- Try to let cool (if you can) before eating
