Four 12” flour tortillas
3 cups cooked rice: brown, white…it’s up to you
Something green, pea shoots, green onions, sauteed spinach or arugula - almost anything will work
Warm tortilla
Add a layer of rice, then a layer of the beef then whatever is green (or skip it if you want)
Roll up and serve
